Production Time
All of our jewelry is made-to-order and typically requires a lead time of 2 to 6 weeks for production. Once we receive your order, your jewelry will move through various stages of casting, soldering, sizing, setting, polishing, and quality control all to ensure that your OLEIA jewelry is perfect by the time it gets to you.
Custom Work
We love collaborating with clients to create their own unique, one-of-a-kind piece of OLEIA jewelry. Whether you are interested in modifying a current design or creating something totally unique, we would love to hear from you and encourage you to Contact Us. No project is too big or small.
Warranty & Repairs
We stand by the quality of our work and provide a lifetime limited warranty on all of our jewelry. Any repairs from normal wear are covered in the first year from purchase date. Any other repairs required beyond normal wear are subject to an additional fee. Cleaning of your OLEIA jewelry is always complimentary - all you need to do is pay for shipping. Please complete the Service Request Form to have your repair/cleaning request submitted and scheduled for service. Once a service request has been initiated, we will be in touch regarding next steps with instructions on how to send your jewelry to us. Replacement of lost stones valued at $500 or more are not included in our warranty. The warranty is void if taken to another jeweler for resizing or repairs. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as each piece of OLEIA jewelry is uniquely made for you. However, if there are any issues with your jewelry such as sizing, we are more than happy to assist in making sure that you are completely satisfied with your piece. Please Contact Us within 14 days of receipt of your jewelry.
Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery for orders over $200. If you would like to have your package routed to your local FedEx pickup location, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If a package becomes lost in transit, we will do everything possible to help find your package. However, once proof of delivery is obtained, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We always recommend shipping your jewelry to a secure location.
